SEGUVAN Powder: Treatment of Parasites & Mites

Active Ingredient:

• Trichlorphon 98% w/w

Indications:

• Treatment of ectoparasites such as lice, fleas, ticks, sheep keds, mange mites, and chicken flies in domestic animals including poultry.
• Treatment of endoparasites in cattle grubs (Hypoderma bovis, Hypoderma lineatum Dematobia hominis), nasal bots (Oestrus ovis), and screw worms.
• Treatment of various gastrointestinal parasites in cattle, sheep, goat, and horse, especially horse bots (Gastrophilus).

Dosage:

For External Use:

• Adult Cattle, Horse, Calves, Sheep, Goat:
  • 1.5g Seguvan powder to be added to 1 liter of water.
  • Carefully spray on the animal or dip the bird for 1-2 minutes.
  • Also spray floors, walls, ceiling, nests, windows, doors, and other sites where parasites or flies gather.

For Internal Use:

• 10g Seguvan powder to be added to 1 liter of water.
• Administer 0.3ml to 0.5ml per kg of body weight.

For Hypodermiosis:

• 20g Seguvan powder to be added to 1 liter of water.
• Spray on the affected part.

Precautions:

• Store beyond the reach of humans and animals.
• Tightly close the jar after use.
• Protect from heat and moisture.
