15-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 15-day refund on eligible products. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to process any return or refund requests.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

What Products Are Eligible?

Refunds are applicable on:

  • Pet accessories

  • Damaged or defective products

When Can You Request a Refund?

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • The product is received damaged or broken

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product does not meet your expectations

No Hidden Charges

  • No delivery charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please share your order details along with the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Kindly ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Birdagents will not be responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • You received the wrong item

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or returns are not applicable for:

  • Products where the seal of feed, supplements, or medicines is broken

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 24 hours

  • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account
