Description: Vetafarm Ronivet 12% is a veterinary-formulated powder designed for in-water treatment of avian protozoal infections, including Trichomoniasis (canker), Cochlosoma, Giardia, and Hexamita. This effective medication is easy to administer and safe for use in various bird species.

Directions for Use:

Specific Treatment Protocols:

  • Trichomoniasis in Budgerigars: Treat all breeders for 7 days, 4–6 weeks before breeding. Treat all young birds for 7 days after fledging.
  • Cochlosoma: Treat all breeders for 7 days prior to the breeding season. Treat all young for 7 days after fledging.
  • Hexamita and Giardia: Treat for 7 days as advised by a veterinarian.

Administration Instructions:

  1. Mixing: Dissolve the powder completely in clean tap water.
  2. Storage: Prepared solution can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
  3. Daily Use: Empty and refill drinking water containers with the medication daily.
  4. Water Management: Remove all other sources of water during treatment.

Storage:

  • Temperature: Store below 30°C (room temperature).
  • Environment: Keep in a dry place.
